Q: When will my order ship out / where is my tracking information?
A: We ship the vast majority of orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday) of receipt. If you have not received an email containing tracking information within 4 business days, please reach out to our support team at support@earthfedmuscle.com.
Q: What should I do if my order was marked delivered, but I have not received it?
A: Please allow 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered. Carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered but will not deliver it until a later time. If your package has not arrived after 5 days of being marked as delivered, please reach out to us at support@earthfedmuscle.com and we can further assist you.
Q: What should I do if my order is being shipped to the wrong address?
A: Please email us at support@earthfedmuscle.com within 24 hours of placing your order to change your address. If your order has not been processed, we will update the address. Unfortunately, sometimes we cannot make the change in time, and we cannot be held accountable for the reshipping of the order to a new address. Always verify your shipping address before checking out.
If we can not adjust your order in time - you are welcome to reach out to your local Post Office or follow the tracking information provided to have the address forwarded.
