Q: Where do I type my discount?

A: When you click checkout, there will be a box located directly under the order summary that will allow you to enter the code. However, our system only allows for the use of one discount code per order so it will disappear if there are subscription items in the cart due to the discount already applied to them.

Q:  Can I use multiple discount codes on my order?

A:  Our system only allows for one discount code to be used at checkout per order, discount codes cannot be stacked.

Q: Can I use rewards points or discount codes on subscription orders?

A: Our system only allows for one discount code to be used at checkout per order, discount codes cannot be stacked. As subscription items are already discounted 15%, they are not eligible to be combined with rewards or additional discount codes. You will need to place a non-subscription order to redeem rewards discounts or apply discount codes.
